Ø Minutes of 2012 meeting
Ø Treasurer’s report
Ø Report on 2012 dam improvements and plans for 2013
Ø Maintenance requirements and budget for 2013
Ø Other new business
Ø Election of officers
All property owners should have a copy of the “Bass Haven Agreement” and Bass Haven Restrictions”. If you do not, thanks to John Sluss, they are posted to our website: http://basshavenlake.yolasite.com/
While these restrictions are recorded at the courthouse, there are several other requests that have been voted on at past meetings. One request is that all property owners and their visitors keep to the posted speed limit. We have had a number of complaints about speeding in our neighborhood so if you have a visitor coming to Bass Haven please let them know we feel strongly about this rule. It keeps our gravel on the road and our families safe.
As another reminder, 2013 dues of $400 must be paid by the May meeting. Much-needed repairs to the road and Dam cannot be made without money in the treasury.
