RESTRICTIONS

 

 

The following restrictions pertain to the property known as Bass Haven Lakes. Bass Haven Lakes is legally described in document number 083752, recorded in the Miscellaneous Records book, No. 97 Page 365 Owen County Recorder’s Office on February 28, 1990.

 

These restrictions bind all present and future owners of Bass Haven Lakes. All restrictions shall run with the land.

 

 

1.      Only (1) residence may be constructed on any one (1) lot.

2.      All residences must be taxed as real estate and not as personal property. No mobile homes shall be permitted.

3.      All residences shall contain a minimum of eight hundred (800) square feet of finished living area.

4.      Once started, the construction of any building exterior must be completed within one (1) year.

5.      All toilet facilities must be within a residence.

6.      Septic systems must be in accord with the ordinances of Owen County.

7.      Garbage shall not be allowed to accumulate. All garbage and other debris must be removed from the real estate and not buried in it.

8.      No inoperable automobiles shall be left on any lot for a period of more than sixty (60) days.

9.      All buildings and grounds shall be reasonably well-maintained.

10.  In the event that any one of these restrictions shall be found invalid, this shall not affect any of the other restrictions.
