ADDENDUM TO BHH0A RESTRICTIONS

 

 

IN THE FOLLOWING Exceptions, “each use” is defined as a period of time less than two weeks during which the owner or his guests sleep in the vehicle on a continual nightly basis. (Successive uses must be of a weekend or less.)

 

1.      Tents may be used briefly for camping, but must be taken down after each use.

2.      Pop-up campers may be used, but must be removed after each use.

3.      Travel trailers of any size are not permitted.

4.      Recreational vehicles which are driven, and not towed, may be used, but must be removed after each use.

5.      Travel trailers and recreational vehicles of 35 feet or less may be parked next to their owners completed homes, but may not be used on a continual basis as sleeping quarters. Exceptions which have gone unnoticed shall not be considered a waiver of this notice.




Penalties:

 

1.      The first violation of the preceding specifications and the exceptions shall draw a written notice of the violation.

2.      If the first violation continues after receipt of the written notice, or any subsequent violations occur, it shall cost the owner of the property $100 per day to be paid to the Bass Haven Home Owners Association’s treasurer. Failure to pay this penalty on demand shall result in an automatic lien being placed on the offender’s property.



 

If any of these specifications and exceptions is s overturned in court, the others shall remain in force.
