I hope you enjoyed the holiday’s. As the treasurer for this year, I am writing you regarding your Bass Haven Homeowners Association 2013 dues. This years dues of $400.00 per lot owner are for January thru December of the present year and are due by the May meeting.
The dues cover such items as; our group liability insurance, road maintenance, lake weed control, mowing, weed control & maintenance of common areas, also snow removal and sanding. To hold these costs down about half, the work is being done by homeowners voluntarily.

As of and according to the Bass haven Homeowners Association meeting minutes from 2012, lot owners have until the May meeting, of the fiscal year to pay their dues. At that time if payment isn’t made, the dues double and a lien is recorded against the property, with an interest rate of 18%.
